1. About this store

Aurelissie is operated by Sofie Redman, based in Japan. All items sold are pre-owned, secondhand vintage goods, personally sourced and inspected before listing. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Product descriptions and condition

We describe every item's condition, materials, and measurements as accurately as we can, and disclose flaws and wear plainly, including in photographs. Because these are one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-owned items, minor variations from photos (due to lighting, screen display, or natural material variation) are expected and are not grounds for a claim that an item was "not as described," except where the condition, materials, or measurements are materially different from what was stated.

3. Authenticity

Every item is sourced through established collectors, reputable auction houses, and vetted vintage markets, each of which authenticates items before they reach us, and is personally re-inspected by us on arrival. If we are ever unable to verify an item to our own standard, it is not listed. If you have a good-faith concern about an item's authenticity after purchase, contact us directly so we can look into it.

4. Brand names and trademarks

Aurelissie is an independent reseller of secondhand goods and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands whose products are listed on this site. Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced in listings are the property of their respective owners and are used only to accurately identify and describe the genuine secondhand items being sold.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD and are current at the time of listing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled; if a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding. Depending on the item's price, shipping is either included in the listed price (orders effectively $300 and over) or charged separately as a flat rate at checkout (orders under $300) — see the Shipping policy for details.

6. Shipping, customs, and duties

Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post, tracked. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as international shipping can be affected by customs processing and carrier delays outside our control. Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes assessed on your order are your responsibility as the buyer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelissie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of items sold through this store. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any statutory right that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
