Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every order is hand-packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Each piece has already been authenticated, measured, and photographed before it's listed, so there's no additional inspection delay once you order.

Shipping cost

Orders over $300: free tracked shipping, worldwide, via Japan Post. Orders under $300: a flat rate of $20, tracked, worldwide, via Japan Post.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 10–20 days depending on destination — please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders during busier periods. This is separate from the 3-5 business-day handling time above.

Customs and import duties

Orders ship duties-paid (DDP). Any import duties and taxes for your country are calculated at checkout and paid upfront with your order, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
