Shipping

All orders are shipped personally by Sofie from Japan. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Every order is hand-packed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Each piece has already been authenticated, measured, and photographed before it's listed, so there's no additional inspection delay once you order.

Shipping cost

• Orders over $300: free tracked shipping, worldwide, via Japan Post.
• Orders under $300: a flat rate of $20, tracked, worldwide, via Japan Post.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 10–20 days depending on destination — please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders during busier periods. This is separate from the 3-business-day handling time above.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We're not able to predict or cover these charges.
