Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives not as described — meaning it doesn't match the listing's stated condition or photos, or arrives damaged. This is different from a change of mind: every listing includes detailed condition notes and multiple photographs, with frame measurements included where available and provided on request otherwise, so please review these — and ask if anything's unclear — before purchasing. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing, or fit — but they are accepted if what arrived genuinely doesn't match what was listed.

If you're requesting a return on the basis of damage or a discrepancy, a short unboxing video is strongly encouraged. It isn't required, but it helps resolve the request quickly and smoothly.

EU & UK customers

If you are ordering from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under EU and UK distance selling regulations. This right applies in addition to, not instead of, the policy above. To exercise it, message me within 14 days of delivery and return the item in its original condition — I'll process your refund once it's received.
